Service Standards

At present I work part-time, usually Monday to Thursday from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. My goal is to return all telephone and email messages by the end of the following business day. If I will be away for more than one business day, I will indicate on my voicemail or by return email when I expect to be able to respond to messages.

Please feel free to ask me for fee and time estimates for all work. If I can't commit to a deadline and/or maximum cost, I will keep you advised of any changes as matters progress. If you have any other particular expectations as to service, please let me know.

From time to time, I may request formal feedback from my clients by way of a client satisfaction survey. However, I welcome comments at any time on:

  • the comprehensiveness of the legal advice and documentation I have provided to you
  • the clarity of my documents and of my verbal and written explanations of the documents and the law
  • the timeliness and professionalism of my correspondence and other dealings with you
  • the presentation and navigability of my website and other materials
  • the quality of service provided by other professionals to whom I may have referred you
